  • Priority Emergency Call
    Your equipment is inoperable and you cannot make copies. We will respond as fast as we can get a technician to your office.
  • Emergency Call
    Your equipment is working, but is causing you problems. We will do everything possible to have a technician there within four working hours.
  • Maintenance Call
    Your equipment is operating properly, but is due for a routine maintenance. We will be there as soon as we can - within the next two working days.
